The issues for producer Teddy Riley and his family tumbled on recently, with the news that Teddy filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement against his own daughter, Taja Riley.

The full extent of the lawsuit hasn't been released yet, but the details we do have are rather murky. The suit was filed against 20-year-old Taja Riley on January 9, but only names EMI Publishing and other publishing companies as defendants.

It is likely related to Taja Riley's 2010 attempt to sign with her two sisters in a group called RaidR.

Teddy and Taja have had problems in the past, as one of their altercations in 2009 caused six LAPD officers and a helicopter to visit their home in L.A.
