After missing his scheduled arraignment date in court for a past police chase in which he allegedly outran officers while he was driving on a three-wheeled motorcycle, Katt Williams has, yet again, another warrant out for his arrest.  A Sacramento judge issued the warrant today, January 8th, after Katt skipped out on his felony case for evading a police officer and driving in a reckless manner.

After eluding the cops back in November, Katt made a stop at a Target store and slapped a Target employee, claiming that the man used racial slurs.  This is the second warrant that has been issued for Williams' arrest in under a month, as a Seattle judge issued a warrant back in December for a wild bar fight in which Williams injured a woman by flicking a cigarette at her and hitting her in the eye.
