The Los Angeles Clippers are undoubtedly the biggest story of the NBA so far this season, as they've been one of the most dominant and consistent teams in the league. They recently set a franchise record, notching 17 consecutive wins before losing to the Denver Nuggets on New Year's Day. But now tragedy has struck the Clippers organization, as it's been reported that the son of team owner Donald Sterling was found dead Tuesday night.

The body of 32-year-old Scott Sterling was discovered by Sheriff's Homicide Detectives on New Year's Day. Law enforcement responded to a call to a home located on the 22600 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. The responding officers arrived at around 11:30 pm and found Sterling dead.

A full autopsy report has not been disclosed as of yet but early reports state that Sterling passed away due to a possible drug overdose. We'll keep you updated on more from this developing story.
