Usher and Tameka's custody case may be prolonged even more, as the judge who has been actively involved in the legal proceedings has officially stepped down.
Judge Tipton-Lane was apparently recently exposed for having some shady personal issues of her own. She has been involved in a legal battle with her dead sister's children, and she's been accused of attempting to take money from their estate which has brought her some real negative heat, leading her to make the tough decision to fall back from this high profile case.
