The upcoming 55th annual Grammy Awards ceremony will surely be another star-studded night filled with artists bringing home awards for their hard work. The likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Frank Ocean have all been nominated for six awards individually, and Ocean collaborated on two tracks with Hov and Yeezy on their joint album "Watch The Throne".

During Wednesday night's Grammy announcement in Los Angeles, other acts were also nominated for six awards. Along with the three previously mentioned artists, the likes of Dan Auerbach from the Black Keys, indie pop band fun., and Mumford & Sons are all up for six awards as well. Jay-Z and Kanye have been relegated to the rap category while the other four are up for Album of the Year.

"Ocean was nominated for three of the four major awards: In addition to his album-of-the-year nod, he is in contention for record of the year ('Thinkin' Bout You') and best new artist, which included some heavy competition: Alabama Shakes, fun., Hunter Hayes and the Lumineers," said the Chicago Tribune.

Several other artists such as Nas, Drake, and 2 Chainz will also have the chance to bring home awards.
