Despite their tumultuous summer domestic incident, Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco seem to be taking small steps towards mending their relationship. The former NFL player may be able to communicate with his estranged wife, as Lozada plans to lift the no-contact order against him.

TMZ reports that in the next two months, Chad will have completed his batterer's intervention program. After he finishes up, Ochocinco will ask a judge to lift the no-contact order and terminate his probation as well. In order to keep Ochocinco away from her after that, Evelyn would need a civil restraining order, but TMZ reports that she has decided against that option.

A judge sentenced the former NFL wide receiver to one year probation after he plead no contest to the domestic abuse incident. The judge can lift Chad's probation before schedule since he completed the batterers classes early.

TMZ also says that Evelyn doesn't want to reunite with Chad despite her decisions.
