Jay-Z is fresh off of his "Made in America" festival which went down this past weekend, but that isn't stopping the Brooklyn rapper from hitting the stage again in just a few days. Reports say that he and rock band Coldplay will be taking the stage at the Paralympics' closing ceremony. They've collaborated in the past, so you can expect to hear some of those cuts during their set.

Hov won't be the only artist taking the stage with Coldplay, as singer Rihanna is also penciled in to make an appearance. Like Jay, she and the British rock group have collaborated in the past and they'll certainly perform their track "Princess of China." Reports also say the performance will have a theme of earth, wind, water, fire and ice which will allow the R&B singer to sing her song "Umbrella".

Aside from having the two superstars alongside them, the band will also perform with with an orchestra of 17 musicians with disabilities. The closing ceremony for the Paralympics will be going down on September 9th.
