Much talk and speculation has surrounded the posthumous Aaliyah album that Drake has been working on. But as time goes on, more details about the project have become clearer. It was recently reported that long-time Aaliyah collaborators Timbaland and Missy Elliot will be confirmed for the album after all. The news comes from the late singer's cousin, Jomo Hankerson, who revealed the information in a recent interview.

"Timbaland will be involved with this project. One of the records that we had that was never released was a Missy record that we obviously are going to be refreshing. This record ['Enough Said'] really kind of came sooner than we thought it was going to come, so it's really the beginning of the creative process for us. We've got a record out while we're still creating the project. A lot of that is still up in the air, but I can tell you that Timbaland will definitely be involved, Missy will definitely be involved."

Timbaland was actually pulling for himself and Missy to be a part of the project. A couple of weeks ago, he stated that Drake should involve the two since they worked so closely with Aaliyah before her tragic death.
