Jonathan Lee Riches, the man who holds the Guinness Book of World Records as "The World's Most Litigious Man," is now suing Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for being active Al-Qaeda members.  The lawsuit also aims at Kris Jenner (Kim's mom), Bruce Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian, labeling them all as "terrorists."

Mr. Riches filed the lawsuit in the Northern District of West Virginia on June 21st, alleging what has to be one of the wildest stories anyone has ever claimed that they saw.  Apparently Mr. Riches is claiming that he saw Kim, Kanye, and the Kardashian family engaging in an Al-Qaeda meeting in West Virgina, that resulted in Kanye West performing a concert for them and firing off shots with an AK-47.  Bizarre, very bizarre.

"On 6/17/2012 I was in West Virginia, deep in the hills and I stumbled upon the defendants who were all at a Al-Qaeda secret training camp," is what Mr. Riches wrote in his lawsuit.

He claims to have seen them pledge their allegiance to Al-Qaeda by burning an American flag and stomping on a picture of President Obama.  This all apparently happened before Kanye West broke out he microphone and started performing "Ni**as In Paris" while firing off an AK-47.

For the record, Mr. Riches was recently released from prison for fraud, and it is known that he has filed over 5,000 lawsuits all within the past eight years!  He used the alias Gino Romano for this lawsuit, but if he is found to be lying, which will most likely happen, then he is going to be heading back to jail for a significant period of time.
