The day before Adam "MCA" Yauch passed away, the Beastie Boys were sued by Tuf America, who claim that the group used portions of Trouble Funk songs on four different tracks.

The report states that "Hold It Not and Hit It" and "The New Style" were named as two of the four songs in the suit. Tuf America also claims that Trouble Funk's "Drop the Bomb" was used on the Beastie Boys track "Car Thief" and that "Say What" was used on "Shadrach."

Tuf America is looking to take the matter to court.
